Viewing Internet Mail Headers with Apple Mail

Occasionally, in helping us troubleshoot certain email problems, we will ask you to provide us with the "email headers" of the message that is giving you trouble. Below are the steps for viewing them.

Start by selecting the message, then go to "View" then "Message" and then "Long Headers."

The internet headers will then be displayed at the top of the message.

Please select all the new text, copy, and then paste it in to a new email message to us. This should give us the information we need.
